On the 15-th of February I recieved this nice cover from Poland devoted to the world philatelistic exhibition that took place in Bucharest, Romania last year. I consider the stamp exhibition a great ivent (even though I've never been to it) where collectors meet each others, share opinions and information, so it defenitely merits to be celebrated with a stamp!
