Unfortunately the discription has suddenly disappeared from the Polish post site and I myself don't know much about that stamp. I'll add it as it appears again.
I've got this letter today. It was posted on the 31-st of January from the Polish town Nowy Sącz. This year our post also issued a seria of bridges http://www.marka-art.ru/catalogs/StampSeries.jsp?id=10540439 so I decided to collect the other countries bridge stamps.
